Make the Boating Station your base for a stay in the city of Bath. Parking is available on the premises and the City centre is within walking distance. Or, if not feeling energetic, you can take one of our frequent riverboats to Pulteney Weir and begin your sightseeing from there.

Self Catering Accommodation in Bath is available at Bath Boating Station; overlooking the River Avon and yet within easy reach of Bath city centre either on foot, by bus, by car or on one of the frequent riverboats which stop at the Boating Station.

Two self catering units are available: the Garden Room, a double bed sitting room with en-suite facilities and Toad Hall, two double bed rooms, a kitchen and sitting room with sitting-out balcony overlooking the river with fine views up and down stream.

In the boating season mid-week visitors are offered a free afternoon's boating to explore the attractions of the River Avon. If you can't spare a whole afternoon, what could be nicer than to take an hour at the end of your day's sightseeing and relax on the water in preparation for an evening out in one of Bath's many excellent restaurants.

Holidaymakers seeking short-term accommodation in Bath could find no better holiday letting than the Boating Station. With private parking available and easily reached on public transport all of the tourist attractions are accessible whatever your chosen transport: the famous Pump Room, the Roman Baths and the Abbey are very close. The Circus and the Royal Crescent are an easy walk or a short bus ride away. Bath is a small though charming city; none of its sixteen museums is far away and the Holbourne, one of the finest small museums in Europe, is just at the end of the road.
